Michael Madadi
Michael Madadi is the Attorney Director of Pre-Litigation at BD&J. He has spent his career fighting for the
rights of everyday people. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Mr. Madadi has spent his lifetime around
the same people that he knows entrust him and his team with their cases. From his humble beginnings as the son
of immigrant parents, he fully understands the plight that many people must deal with while injured and battling
insurance companies.
Starting from high school in Calabasas, graduating from UCLA and finally attending law school at Whittier Law
School in Newport Beach, Mr. Madadi knows California and its people because that is his home, and these are his
neighbors.
As an advocate for the people, Mr. Madadi has worked in the Consumer Protection Unit of the San Diego District
Attorney’s Office, followed by a position at a prestigious antitrust firm with large-scale verdicts against
corporate defendants. After leaving antitrust, he worked with many of the most well-known litigators and
large-scale personal injury firms in California.
Once settled at BD&J, Mr. Madadi has managed the pre-litigation department with his skilled team of case
managers and assistants. His straight-shooting, empathetic, and organized style gives clients clarity about

Jeremy L. Tissot is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience representing seriously injured plaintiffs in high-stakes cases. Edward Susolik

Nina Garayan
Nina Garayan was born and raised in a small, town in Armenia which didn’t have electricity or safe housing due to a deadly earthquake. During early teenage years, Nina’s family moved to the United States where Nina began attending public high school as the first step of her educational career. Despite facing bullying and language barriers, Nina was determined to get into a top UC university. Her hard work and perseverance paid off as she got into all UC universities, including her biggest dream school, UCLA! After graduating from UCLA with a gold medal for academic excellence, Nina went on to attend Southwestern Law School where she earned her J.D. Always seeking to broaden her horizons and deepen her expertise, Nina dedicated her time to working at legal clinics, providing much-needed pro bono legal assistance to underserved communities. Her commitment to justice and advocacy led her to join two prominent law firms, where she further honed her skills and expertise in the field of worker’s compensation and bankruptcy law.
Nina’s passion for law solidified while working at a prestigious corporate contracts law firm. Her decision to open her own law practice in 2024 was a natural escalation of her determination to serve her community and was proceeded by years of specialized education on several platforms including Harvard University. Her thriving law practice has now expanded to a second location with offices in Beverly Hills and Torrance. In 2025, Nina launched her nonprofit organization, Walking With Alex foundation, which is aimed to provide treatments and therapies for autistic children. This organization is deeply personal as it is named after Nina’s first-born child Alex, who has been facing autism for the past 11 years. Nina’s ultimate dream is to expand both her Law practice and her foundation to impact thousands of lives.
