That’s when she launched The Radiant Plume, a transformational personal branding company built around her proprietary G.E.N.I.U.S. Method™ and R.A.D.I.A.N.T. Execution™ frameworks.
Her mission? To help leaders stop playing small and start showing up fully—style, voice, energy, and all.
A bold blend of strategist, speaker, and style disruptor, Brana is known for her wit, warmth, and real-talk delivery that moves audiences from reflection to action. Her signature talk, “Should You Smile in Your Booking Photo?” breaks down the psychology of first impressions and teaches audiences how to shape a personal brand that opens doors instead of shutting them.
Raised on a tobacco farm in rural South Carolina, Brana became the first lawyer in her family, prosecuted violent crime, built a 7-figure firm, launched a motorcycle brand, and adopted six children—proving presence isn’t about polish. It’s about power.
